RN-Uvatneftegaz is 100% owned by PJSC NK Rosneft.

The first well in the Uvatsky district was stoke more than 50 years ago, however, commercial production was started only in 1992 at the Kalchinskoye field. The development of Uvat, as a new oil province, entered the active phase in 2007. Then the first oil was received at the largest fields of the project, Ust-Tegusskoye and Urnenskoye fields, the industrial development of which was started in 2009.

RN-Uvatneftegaz continues to develop the Uvat project. Thus, in 2004-2016, 25 greenfields were discovered, 11 of which have already been put into commercial operation. As part of the reserves increment activities, the geography of the Uvat project is also expanding - over the past five years, the Company purchased licensed sites in the territory of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District (Ugra) and the Omsk Region.

Since the beginning of the implementation of the Uvat project in 2004, the annual production of the company has grown 10 times. At the end of 2016, oil production amounted to 11.6 million tons. Of these, about 65% was produced in the Ust-Tegusskoye and Urnenskoye fields.

Oil from the fields of the Uvat group is pumped into the system of main oil pipelines.

The Uvat project is one of the priorities in the activities of PJSC NK Rosneft.
