Rosneft Increases Oil Deliveries to Czech Republic

Rosneft and PKN Orlen signed an annex to the agreement for oil deliveries to Czech Republic via Druzhba pipeline from 1 May 2015 to 30 June 2016.
The annex provides for an increase of deliveries’ volumes to the Unipetrol RPA plant by 120 th t of crude oil per month.

Increasing volumes of oil deliveries complies with Rosneft’s strategy of creation joint stock value through boosting efficiency of oil marketing. It also complies with the interests of consumers and strengthens Europe’s energy security.

Notes for editors:

Rosneft has a contract for crude oil deliveries to Poland via Druzhba pipeline with PKN ORLEN S.A. signed 01.02.2013. This agreement provides for the delivery of about 18 mln tons of crude oil until 31.01.2016. On 21.06.2013 the companies also signed a contract for deliveries of up to 8 mln tons of oil to Chech Republic via Druzhba pipeline until 30.06.2016.

Since the beginning of 2005 Rosneft has been steadily delivering crude oil to Poland via pipeline “Druzhba” under quarterly export schedules issued by the Russian Ministry of Energy, with volumes of up to 5.3 mln tons per year.
